Blown Film Extrusion Lines

In 1997, S.L. embarked in a major technological change by investing in a high performance extrusion line from Germany. Today, S.L. owned a fleet of 6 high performance extrusion lines in replacement for the past generation extrusion lines.

All of S.L's high performance extrusion lines are co-extrusion up to 3 layers. Co-extrusion provides flexibility in using any type of resins to meet specific performance requirements. Other benefits of utilizing such lines include enhancement of productivity, production of better quality products and reduction of manpower and wastage.

In addition, all the lines are equipped with the thickness control system or profile optimizing system (POS) to attain optimal even film thickness. The POS can reduce tolerance of film by about 50%, which the conventional means are unable to achieve.
